Meeting Structure:

  • Strategic Enrollment Management Committee meetings are open to all interested faculty and staff.  Please contact the Chairs for meeting information.
  • The Strategic Enrollment Management Committee strives to solve issues in real-time. The first 30-45 minutes of each meeting is dedicated to solving current issues impacting students with enrollment, registration, retention and other college processes.  The committee's membership structure aims to take action and solve problems immediately.
  • This Strategic Enrollment Management Committee focuses the second half of each meeting to assessing data, reviewing long term strategies, and providing informed recommendations and decisions around programs and initiatives focused on stabilizing and growing enrollment.
