Early Childhood Education Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded through the Fall of 2026 and is available to current students and new students.  Funding will be awarded to students who are interested in working in or advancing their career in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE).  The scholarship will cover the cost of tuition, books, and other costs associated with employment in the ECE workforce. The funds for this scholarship is provided by grant funding that has been received from the Nevada Department of Employment Training and Rehabilitation’s (DETR) Employment Security Division (ESD). Grant funding will cover tuition costs for Skills Certificate 1 and Skills Certificate 2 for qualified applicants. Reimbursements will also be awarded to students for costs associated with CPR & First Aid certification, TB testing and fingerprinting.
