The Recruitment Hub gathers everything recruitment-related in one place. Whether you
are a hiring manager, a search committee member, or on an interview panel, the Recruitment
Hub has everything you need: checklists, and samples, and guides.
The Recruitment Hub features flow charts which provide visibility to each process
from start to finish. The process maps are ADA accessible color-coded according to
who completes each step, so you will always be able to tell what step is next in the
process, and whose step it is.
The main resources are organized by position type and process. Other resources include
FAQs and links to helpful information. You can even send us feedback and suggest FAQs
right from the Recruitment Hub!
Note: The site can only be reached by WNC faculty and staff members who are logged
