W-2's Now Available in Workday

Year-end tax documents are now available. Please see instructions below for accessing W-2's 

  1. Login to Workday. Please click here for instructions on how to access Workday as a current employee and for resetting your WNC Anywhere Login.   
  2. Click here (Workday login required)  for guidance on navigating to year-end tax documents. 

Update your W2 Delivery Preferences: current employees can elect to receive either electronic or paper copies via mail of their year end tax documents. Click here for instructions on updating your W2 delivery preferences in Workday.  

  1. Navigate to Workday: 
  2. Click the second link for "Former NSHE Community Members."
  3. Enter your employee ID number, minus the leading zeros. Example 0000231851 = 231851 (If you forgot your employee ID you can locate it on any paystub, employment contract, or prior W-2's from NSHE). Your employee ID number is not your NSHE ID. Should you need help locating your employee ID, please call the Human Resources Office: 775-445-3138. 
  4. Click “Forgot Password” for a temporary link to access Workday and reset your password. If you do not receive a password reset link via email, please call the Human Resources Office: 775-445-3138.
      • Your new password must not be the same as your current password or user name. Minimum number of characters required: 8.  The following character types must be represented: alphabetic characters, uppercase characters, lowercase characters, Arabic numerals 0 - 9, special characters -!"#$%&'()*+,./:;=>?@[]^_` {|}
