Happy birthday, Willy!

Students, President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe, faculty, staff and Willow helped Willy celebrate his birthday on Tuesday.

They posed for Polaroid pictures with the Western Nevada College mascot, played games, wrote birthday wishes and ate cake in the Dini Student Center. 

The Wildcat has served as the college's mascot for nearly the past 20 years and previously when the college opened in 1971. Between those time periods of the Wildcat serving as the mascot, the college was known as the Jackrabbits.

The Jackrabbit wasn't seen at Willy's birthday bash on Tuesday.
