Lluvia Bonilla says there's no secret why she excels in her classes at Western Nevada College.

“Do your homework and show up for class every day,” said the Fall 2023 Dean’s List honoree who is part of the college’s Latino Leadership Academy.

Bonilla was interviewed by Telemundo TV prior to the start of spring semester because of her excellence in the classroom.

Bonilla, who is studying business and real estate, said her academic goal doesn’t change; it’s to earn a 4.0 grade point average.
