The Continuing Education program at Western Nevada College is presenting a creative class — making holiday ornaments and trees — from discarded books and magazines on Saturday, Nov. 18.

“My Thousand Words” creator Debbie Lambin will lead the class.

According to Lambin, there are so many options and so many wonderful embellishments to decorate them to fit every household or office. Each participant will create at least four ornaments but are welcome to create so many more in this class.  Materials include hot glue, glitter and more.

“I hope that you will join us for this wonderful class of learning and enjoying the company of learning fun things!” she said.
