Healthy Living Starts with You!
Quitting tobacco is one of the hardest things to do, and one of the best. Resources are available to support your desire to quit.
Nevada Tobacco Quitline: 1-800-QUIT NOW
Nevada Tobacco Quitline provides FREE one on one counseling to Nevada residents 13 years and older. You and your quit coach will develop an individualized plan to help you quit. For those 18 and older, some may qualify for FREE nicotine replacement therapy (gum, patches, or lozenges) to assist you in quitting.
The Quitline also provides FREE online services. When you enroll online, you can get additional tools, support, and a community of others trying to become tobacco free. Experts will help you overcome common barriers such as dealing with stress, cravings, irritability, and weight gain.

Cessation for Veterans
Cessation resources are available through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for veterans with a desire to quit smoking.
