Please contact the Testing Center at testingcenter@wnc.edu if you have any questions. If a test requires Respondus, please note that our WNC Testing Centers only provide Respondus LockDown Browser, not Respondus Monitor.

ROOM-ONLY REQUESTS

Request a room to hold your own class or proctor your own exam.

Completed written exams will be made available to instructors via their Testing Center Google folder on the next business day following the closure date of each exam.

Students must:

- Present valid photo ID before testing; and
- Leave all backpacks, purses, books, cell phones, electronic devices, and any unapproved supplementary materials at designated areas at the WNC Testing Centers.

- Only water is allowed - no other food or drinks are allowed during testing.

Disruptive students will be asked to leave by staff.  If there is additional disruption, a member of our security team will assist.  Police Services will intervene if there is further disruption.

Seating is limited at WNC’s Testing Centers. Instructors, please plan accordingly.

WNC instructors are responsible for verifying and providing exam instructions to any out-of-state or out-of-service-area test proctoring needs for students unable to come to a WNC campus.

Our Testing Centers work closely with WNC’s  Disability Support Services to assist those in need of testing accommodations.
