Western Nevada College President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe recently shared his perspective on leadership, workplace culture and student success during a guest appearance on the EdUp Experience podcast.

During the conversation, President Dalpe emphasized that employee well-being should be considered a core part of strategic planning in higher education.
