Western Nevada College President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe was a panelist for the Northern Nevada Development Authority's Business Edge discussion on the realities and opportunities in Nevada's workforce on Wednesday, Aug. 30 at the Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa in Reno.

The forum was designed to better prepare the workforce for the changing job trends and opportunities through training, career education and apprenticeships.
