WNC Foundation provided students with more than $500,000 in scholarships in the past year.
Current and prospective students are encouraged to fill out the Early Bird Scholarship Application now so they can receive priority consideration for scholarships. Go to wnc.edu/scholarship to access the application.
In addition, full scholarships are available for students through the William N. Pennington CTE Scholarship which was created to support students entering Nevadas diverse workforce and earn a higher wage.
Students planning to attend WNC for the first time in 2021 can start by applying for admission to WNC at www.wnc.edu/starthere/
CTE scholarships are available in areas such as automotive services, building inspection, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Construction, EMS, Home inspection, Machine Tooling, Manufacturing, Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomy, Truck Driving and Welding.
