The Western Nevada College Student Art Show is quickly approaching!
Students must submit submissions for the Carson City campus show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 20-22 in the Bristlecone Art Gallery. No late work will be accepted! The show is for all students who were enrolled in WNC classes from Fall 2021 through Spring 2022.
Accepted mediums are drawing, painting, printmaking, digital media, photography, graphic art, ceramics, sculpture, book art and mixed media.
Some additional requirements are a limit of three entries per student, place entry forms in the front and back of each artwork, 2D works must be framed and ready to hang with wire attachments on the back and students are required to pick up their artwork on Friday, May 13 at 5 p.m.
Students can pick up entry forms in the Bristlecone Art Gallery or at the Information Desk.
The much-anticipated exhibit will be shown from April 25 through May 12. A closing ceremony is planned for 5 to 6:30 p.m. on May 13 in the Bristlecone Gallery.
