Donate to Food Drive to Help Students FISH

Nonperishable food and hygiene donations can be made to the new pantry in the Student Center.

Make a difference in someone elses life by donating to two different food drives this month.
Student Life and the Associated Students of Western Nevada are partnering with WNC Foundation to present a Faculty and Staff Food and Hygiene Drive, as well as a Turkeys for FISH Drive.
You can drop off nonperishable food items and hygiene products in one of the 10 collection boxes located around the WNC Carson City campus through Nov. 25. These donations will be used to stock the new Food and Hygiene Pantry, which will open in December 2020.
To make a monetary donation, submit a check at the Foundation Office or donate online at
https://www.wnc.edu/foundation/donate/.
Choose invest in a WNC program and include Turkeys for FISH in the description line. These generous donations from the WNC community will be sent to Friends in Service Helping (FISH), a Northern Nevada social services program, so it can purchase purchase turkeys, cranberry sauce, potatoes and stuffing for its annual Thanksgiving-minded High Five Turkey Drive.
