Students Can Become Part of Spring Semester through Late Start Classes, Flexible Learning

Western Nevada College students and prospective students still have opportunities to enroll in classes this spring even though the semester is nearly halfway complete.
WNC is offering a variety of late start, short-term and open entry classes, providing flexible options for students who want to begin or continue their educational journey this semester.
Many late start and short-term courses begin March 23, with options available in several high-demand and career-focused areas. Courses include Conversational American Sign Language (ASL), ASL IV and VI, Auto Mechanics Elective, Auto Mechanics Air Conditioning and Heating, Auto Mechanics Engine Reconditioning, Human Anatomy, Laboratory Technician, Manufacturing Automation, Mathematics, Welding and more.
In addition, open entry courses are available in aviation, construction, English, finance, music, psychology and other subjects. Students have until March 26 to enroll in open entry classes and are expected to complete the coursework by the end of the semester, offering additional flexibility for busy schedules.
