Section 1: General Policy
- Western Nevada College hereby adopts the Model Institutional Guidelines on Export Control appended to NSHE Procedures and Guidelines Manual, Chapter 16 as its policy governing export controls, and any amendments to that chapter as may be adopted by the Board of Regents from time to time.
