| Statement: | It is the policy of WNC to allow for even exchanges of courses under certain conditions. | |||
Section 1: Course Exchange
- After the 100% refund period a student may request even exchange of courses for full-term and open-entry courses.
- Dropped course(s) approved for even exchange will be removed from a student transcript and full refund amount will be applied to course(s) added.
Section 2: Even Exchange
- This exchange of refund is only applicable during the advertised add/drop periods.
