Statement:
It shall be the policy of Western Nevada College to observe and adhere to the provisions
of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the standards established pursuant
to Section 508. Western Nevada College hereby adopts these standards as WNC Policy
3-2-9.
