Section 1: General Policy
- Except to the extent that the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement supersedes the Board of Regents Handbook, Western Nevada College hereby adopts Board of Regents Handbook, Title 2, Chapter 6, as its rules and disciplinary procedures for faculty, and any amendments to that chapter as may be adopted by the Board of Regents from time to time.
