Pam Zimmer presented a self-care talk to WNC's Realizing Opportunities for the American Dream to Succeed (ROADS) students, business partners and staff on Oct. 20 in the Dini Building.

Zimmer will continue her three-presentation series on Nov. 16 at 11:30 a.m.
