Students enjoyed a week of creative activities, free food and beverages, and socializing
during Wildcat Lifes Welcome Back Week on Sept. 12-16. The week started with Blood
Drive from Vitalant and was capped by Constitution Day.

The variety of ice cream treats available at the Ice Cream Social made it a difficult
choice for some students.
The Club Fair on Sept. 14 was a great opportunity for students to become more involved
in WNC and receive some benefits in the process.
Wildcat Life presented Chinese cuisine for lunch on Sept. 14, serving inside because
of smoky conditions outside.
Professor of Geosciences Dr. Winnie Kortemeier was on hand for the Club Fair to promote
the Geology Club and hand out Wonder Stones.
The Club Fair sparked a lot of interest from students on Sept. 14.

WNC Interim President Dr. J. Kyle Dalpe took time to participate in an arts & crafts
project in the Student Center.
Student government leaders provided a pick-me-up of coffee, Boba Tea and juices for
the campus during Welcome Back Week.
Employees took time to visit the Student Center for Constitution Day. Playing in the
