Why not work where you take classes and study? In addition to saving time and money, statistics have revealed that Western Nevada College students who work on campus tend to do better academically, complete their degrees and have a great chance of becoming an executive on campus someday.
WNC currently has more than 20 jobs available to students many of which are offered through the colleges work study employment program.
Statistically speaking, there are multiple reasons students should work at WNC:
75 percent of WNCs executive team worked as student employees when they were in college.
You never know what doors will open when you work on campus! said WNC Scholarship and Student Employment Coordinator Temple Campana.
